Always Patch Test First
Before using any homemade acidic rinse on a larger area, apply a small amount of the diluted mixture to a patch of intact skin and wait several hours. Discontinue immediately and rinse with water if you notice redness, burning, itching, or swelling, since natural ingredients can still cause irritation.

What This Rinse Can and Cannot Do
Diluted apple cider vinegar may have a mild cleansing or astringent effect thanks to its acidity, and rosemary adds a pleasant herbal scent rooted in traditional beauty routines. Neither ingredient is a proven treatment for wrinkles or fungal infections, and this rinse should not replace sunscreen, moisturizer, or medical care for a persistent skin concern. Used as a simple, optional addition to a routine – and always properly diluted – it can be a nice, low-key DIY project rather than a miracle fix.
